Dr. Mondoux is an Associate Professor in the Division of Emergency Medicine, Department of Medicine at McMaster University and an Assistant Professor at the Institute for Health Policy, Management and Evaluation at the University of Toronto. His clinical and research interests are centred on Quality Improvement and Patient Safety (QIPS), healthcare and health system innovation and the optimization of healthcare data use.

Dr. Tahara Bhate is an Emergency Physician with University Health Network in downtown Toronto. Her academic interests are in quality improvement and patient safety, especially the incorporation of simulation and other unique methodologies into efforts to improve patient care.
