Conference Refunds & Donations

As many of you are already aware, in the interest of public health and safety, we have made the difficult decision to cancel CAEP 2020.

In addition to the cancellation of our conference, we have also cancelled a number of our CPD courses. The economic impact of these cancellations is significant to CAEP. 

In lieu of a full refund, we are asking members to consider donating all or a portion of their conference fees to CAEP. Donations can be made to CAEP to help offset conference cancellation costs or to the Emergency Medicine Advancement Fund (EMAF) to support EM research to improve patient care. While we recognize that this is a time of uncertainty around the world, these donations go a long way in allowing us to continue to work as the voice of emergency medicine in Canada.

Full conference registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions (excluding pre-conference workshops), accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunches, conference materials, and the welcome event.

One-day registration fee includes access to all scientific sessions, accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunch for the day purchased and any related conference materials. The welcome event is not included and tickets must be purchased separately.

Docs that Rock is the EM Advancement Fund‘s signature fundraising event. Tickets to Docs that Rock are not included in the conference fee, but can be purchased with your conference registration ($40) or at the registration desk ($50). Tickets will NOT be sold at the door.
