Family-Friendly Activities & Amenities

CAEP is pleased to welcome families to the CAEP24 Conference.  We understand that traveling with children can be a tricky experience, so we’ve put together a list of family-friendly activities that will keep your little ones entertained over the course of your stay.
From bike trails to face-painting, there’s something for the whole family!

Conference Breastfeeding Room
Room: Gallery Suite II

CAEP has a dedicated breastfeeding room located on the main floor of the conference centre in Gallery Suite II .  Amenities include:

  • Change table
  • Diaper Genie
  • Kettle
  • Comfortable seating

Little Einstein’s Babysitting & Nanny Services

Services include:

  • Group Care – Conferences and Events
  • Hotel Care
  • Corporate Care
  • Religious/Non-Profit Care

Kids’ Movie Night at the TCU

Drop the kids off or stay and enjoy movie night at the TCU!  Please note, we will need parent-volunteers to facilitate this activity.

Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan – June 6-9

The Children’s Festival of Saskatchewan is an arts-based festival where children play and learn through cultural events, artistic experiences, engaging activities, and diverse performances created just for them!

Western Development Museum

There’s so much to see at the WDM! Check out the magic kitchen, innovative-fuel vehicles, and 1910 Boomtown Street where you’ll take a walk through time! And be sure to check out “Pop In and Play with the WDM” where you’ll find on-going child-friendly activities throughout the day.

Cultural complex honoring the history & artwork of First Nations people, with exhibits & events.

Wonderhub Children’s Museum

Discover Saskatchewan’s Children’s Museum where families create, learn, play, and explore without boundaries.  Just a short drive from the TCU Convention Centre.

River Landing Water Spray Feature

The spray park is just steps from the Alt Hotel.  The area is ideal for parents and care givers as they educate their children about the river basin providing descriptions of the embedded features.

Nutrien Playland at Kinsmen Park

Celebrate the magic of play at Nutrien Playland with three star attractions that delight children and adults alike.

Bike Rentals & Trails
