In response to 2023 feedback, this year we are excited to announce our exhibit space will not be in a traditional exhibit hall, instead, exhibit space will be in a common area to maximize your exposure and promote a more inclusive exhibit experience. Take advantage of the opportunity to network with physicians as they move from one session to another.

The exhibit floor is open from 7:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. The times listed below are when traffic is expected but you are free to stay until 5:00 p.m. there are events after the last refreshment break taking place on the lower floor.

Sunday June 9th 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. Lunch will be provided to all registered booth personnel.

Tuesday June 11th 7:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Lunch will be provided to all registered booth personnel.

If you are unable to attend the conference in person, we also have two corporate branding options available that do not require attendance or the purchase of a booth. They are also available as add-ons if you wish to expand your exhibitor/sponsorship package level.
$5K – Fast and portable phone charging banks – including branding – will be placed at the registration desk for visibility. Eight individual, portable power banks that the physicians can use to charge their cell phones.
$3k – Support the Delegates’ food & beverage and be acknowledged with placecards and signage with: “Enjoy your morning/afternoon break – Compliments of COMPANY NAME AND LOGO”

Street metered parking (hourly) is available around the building and there’s a parking lot across the street called Midtown plaza parking which has hourly and day rates. The daily rate is currently $12.00.
Exhibitors may load in at the front of the building and use the main elevator depending on how many items you have, or you can use the freight elevator for any booths with larger items. Once, you have unloaded, you will have to move and park your vehicle. Vehicles cannot be left in the loading area unattended.
Signs will be posted in the lobby with directions to the setup area.
