Dr. Fraser Mackay is an ex-paramedic, mostly semi-rural ED, some urban urgent care, smattering of Hospitalist, some travel work. He is involved in Med Ed, Rural Representation and Care, and has a keen interest in Pre-Hospital and Transport/Transfer Medicine, and Zombie Apocalypse Medicine.

Anisa Nazir is a PhD student at the University of Toronto, studying adverse events and patient safety in initial trauma resuscitation in the trauma video review program. Anisa is also a medical graduate from Pakistan and has long been committed to global health and promoting health equity. Alongside her academic pursuits, she also completed a Master’s in Surgical Science and Practice at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. Outside medicine, Anisa enjoys baking, yoga, hiking, and travelling.

Aafia Maqsood is a third year medical student at the University of Saskatchewan and fell in love with EM shortly after her first shift. In her free time she likes to draw portraits of friends and family, spend time with her 3-year old niece, and watch a good rom-com.
