Simply return to the registration item in the CAEP portal, and click on the “manage registration” button within the event.

You will then click on “new attendee” and then select the social event (or workshop) tickets.

The CAEP21 GAME is a great way to add some fun to the conference! Activities are given a value with a maximum amount of points that can be achieved for each category.All delegates are automatically entered into the GAME.

Mindfulness Activity

This short session will provide #CAEP21 attendees an opportunity to practice self-kindness, experience stillness, develop self-awareness. Whether you are an experienced meditator or beginner, bring a beginner’s mind to learning and experiencing short mindfulness practices that may be valuable in your work. Bryan’s experience draws on the Search Inside Yourself program curriculum which was developed at Google and is grounded in neuroscience.

Gentle Yoga

Yoga Class with Adrienne Shum,who is based out of Winnipeg, will guide you through yoga and mindful movements.

Barre Class

Join The Ballet Spot’s founder and owner Eliza S. Tollett for a 35 minute follow-along Cardio Ballet class inspired by the classical ballet The Sleeping Beauty! The class will begin with a full body ballet warm-up, and build up to a high-energy ballet combination. No prior dance experience is needed, all you need is a little bit of space!
