Grizzly sightings in Whistler: You’ve all heard of the Dragon’s Den, but what about the Grizzly Den with a CAEP twist? Join us as CAEP kicks off this fun and educational event with a stellar panel of “Grizzlies”.

Early-career investigators will present their best proposals to a CAEP panel of highly respected EM researchers, called CAEP Grizzlies. This year’s Grizzly Den will be led by Drs. Steven BrooksCarolyn Snider, and Ian Stiell, who will be searching for the most deserving recipient of a $10,000 grant. Moderated by Dr. Venkatesh Thiruganasambandamoorthy, the Grizzly Den will provide a highly-entertaining and educational format to learn about how top-notch reviewers evaluate proposals.

The winner of the inaugural Grizzly Den competition was Catherine Varner. Congratulations to all who participated this year.
