Full conference registration fee includes: access to all scientific sessions (excluding workshops), accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunches, conference materials, and the welcome event.

One-day registration fee includes: access to all scientific sessions, accredited symposia, exhibits, breaks and lunch for the day purchased and any related conference materials. The welcome event is not included and tickets must be purchased separately.

Docs that Rock: the EM Advancement Fund‘s signature fundraising event. Tickets to Docs that Rock are not included in the conference fee, but can be purchased with your conference and at the registration desk (tickets will NOT be sold at the door).

Registration forms will be processed only if accompanied by full payment of registration fees.

Substitution is permitted up to and including the first day of the conference. Cancellations received in writing by April 12, 2018 will be refunded in full less a $125 administration fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after April 12, 2018. Only cancellations received in writing (registrations@caep.ca) will be processed.

An alternate attendee name may be substituted for a confirmed registration for a $35 administration fee. Changes that cannot be made online or by credit card are subject to a $35 administration fee. These requests must be made in writing to registrations@caep.ca.

Online registration closes May 22, 2018. Delegates who wish to register after this date must do so on site.
